GENERAL INFORMATION
Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law"), individuals identified as personal data subjects (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data, as outlined in Article 11 of the KVK Law.
Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, applications related to these rights must be submitted to our Company, acting as the data controller, either in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").
In this context, written applications to our Company can be made by printing out this form and submitting it through the following methods:
- In person: By the Applicant directly,
- Via a notary,
- Via secure electronic signature: Signed with a "secure electronic signature" as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sent to the Company’s registered electronic mail address,
- Via mobile signature or email: By completing the application form and sending it via mobile signature or using the email address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller’s system, and sending it to kvkkbasvuru@dsdamat.com.tr.

Additionally, once the other methods determined by the Board are announced, our company will also inform how applications will be accepted through these methods.
Your applications, which have been submitted to us, will be responded to within thirty days from the date we receive your request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, as stipulated by Article 13 of the KVKK.
