INFORMATION TEXT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

As OR-PA PAZARLAMA VE TEKSTİL SANAYİ A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “OR-PA” or “D’S DAMAT”), we, as the data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, may process the personal data of our customers and visitors through our website. With this disclosure text, we inform you about our mutual rights and obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Law.

Your Personal Data, Methods of Collection, and Purposes of Processing

Your personal data, including but not limited to identity information (name, surname) and contact information (email address, address, and phone number, IP address), are automatically collected electronically from you during your visit to our website, through your membership relations established via the website, through your communications via phone or email, through your interactions with our Customer Service, and when you purchase goods or services from D’S DAMAT or otherwise engage in a commercial or legal relationship with D’S DAMAT. Your auditory data recorded during your conversations with our customer service, as well as data related to the products you purchase within the scope of D’S DAMAT's business activities, may be processed by D’S DAMAT within the legal grounds set forth in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law, based on the establishment and performance of a sales contract, the establishment and performance of a membership relationship and membership contract, the establishment of membership rights, and the fulfillment of legal obligations, without harming your personal rights, and based on our legitimate interests. These legal grounds may exist together or separately for each data processing process.

In special membership processes provided only to the employees of our corporate business partners, date of birth information may be collected on a voluntary basis, and the title of the company where the employee works as professional data is mandatorily collected, and processed based on the legal grounds stated above to establish membership rights and provide special benefits within this scope.

Your identity and contact information (name, surname, phone, mobile phone, email address) will be processed within the scope of your consent for electronic commercial communication, to send you advertisements, campaigns, and other commercial communications related to our products and services. You can give your consent by checking the box in the relevant area on our website and clicking the register button.

Sharing of Data

Your personal data mentioned above may be shared, limited to the purposes mentioned above and in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles defined in the legislation, with public institutions or organizations authorized to request these data due to legal obligations, with institutions with which we have agreements due to our activities, with our suppliers, business partners, and third parties from whom we receive services and with whom we collaborate, as well as with Orka Holding A.Ş., to which our company is affiliated, and our group company Orka Tekstil San. Tur. Tic A.Ş., in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

Your Rights Under the Law

As relevant persons, you can submit your requests related to your rights by filling out the personal data application form publicly available on the website www.dsdamat.com, or with another document containing the mandatory information specified in the application form, or you can submit them in a written form or through registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using your email address that has been previously notified to D’S DAMAT and is registered in D’S DAMAT's system. Your identity can be verified by sending it to KVKKBasvuru@dsdamat.com.tr or by sending it in written form to the postal address specified below. D’S DAMAT will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires additional costs, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by D’S DAMAT. In this context, relevant persons have the right to:

Learn whether personal data is processed,
Request information if personal data has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the correction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the Law, even if it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request the notification of the transaction made in this regard to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Demand compensation for the damage if the person suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
