(hereinafter referred to as "Or-Pa" or the "Company"), we use cookies, pixel tags ("pixels"), and local storage technologies to facilitate the use of our website and to personalize your experience on our site.   • _dbefe: Collects information on user preferences and/or interactions with website campaign content. Collects data on a campaign platform used by website owners to promote activities or products. Stored during the session.
  • t_gid: Assigns a specific visitor ID when the visitor interacts with ads or content on the website; this allows the website to target the visitor with similar ads or content. Stored for 1 year.
  • *IDSYNC, *taboola_vmp: Used to identify the visitor and their devices during visits. Ensures that relevant ads are re-sent to the visitor from the website. The service is provided by third-party advertising centers that facilitate real-time bidding for advertisers. Stored for 1 year.
  • *Umeh, *ul_cb/sync, *bh/rtset: These cookies are used to understand the behavior and preferences of users across multiple websites and to serve advertisements accordingly. Stored for 3 months.
  • IDE: Used by Google DoubleClick to record and report the actions of website users after viewing or clicking on one of the advertisements, and to measure the effectiveness of an advertisement and present targeted ads to the user. Stored for 1 year.

  • w/1.0/sd: Records data about visitors, such as IP addresses, geographic location, and ad interaction. This information is used to optimize advertisements on websites using OpenX.net services. Stored during the session.
  • cache_str: This cookie is used for cache control based on user behavior.

Sharing and Retention Period

For the purposes specified in this Disclosure text, your data may be transferred to business partners, public institutions and organizations, and service providers for storing personal data within the country and, with your consent, abroad, and these data may be processed by the institutions to which the transfer is made.

You can submit your requests and applications regarding your personal data by filling out the Application Form available at www.dsdamat.com or by sending a written document containing similar content with a wet signature to our postal address below by registered mail with return receipt, or by using your electronic mail address registered in our systems, you can send it to the email address KVKKBasvuru@dsdamat.com.tr or send it to our company through other application methods specified in the relevant legislation. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Privacy Information

  1. Some personal information (such as name, surname, email address, etc.) is requested from those who register or shop on the website at www.dsdamat.com.tr ("Website") to provide better service to them. The data collected through the Website is used within the Website for campaign activities or special promotion activities aimed at the User's account if explicit consent is available. Besides personal information, statistical data on transactions conducted via the Website is analyzed and stored if permission has been granted. The Company absolutely does not share the information submitted to it with third parties without the User's consent, does not use it for commercial purposes for any reason outside of its activities, and does not sell it.
